Lives lost, friends not showing up on the bottom screen
I had over 900 lives and my friends were nit showing up on the bottom screen to send lives to. I checked fir updates, there were none.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Lives are gone, can you add them back?
My friends are still not showing up.

Hello @abrwr your friends won't show up at the bottom of the screen because they have been removed either by King, or by a technical error. The issue is being investigated, but at the moment all we can do is wait until the issue is fixed, or they decide it isn't an issue and they don't want us to send lives so easily.
Your lives I can't help you with as I have no idea what could make 900 lives disappear. I do know that you aren't the only person to be complaining about lives going missing, so for me that points to yet another issue with King's servers.
Your missing lives will not be replaced unless you bought any of them.

I'm the same it's since the latest update. And not getting increase in amount of goes after dozens of attempts to pass with 26 it's just impossible for me to do it. May have to give up after 10 years

Hello @carolhoy1955 the 'amount of goes' not increasing after dozens of attempts is a different issue to missing lives and the level rankings. The missing extra moves is due to a test that is conducted by King

Thanks for replying. I also lost lives and can't send lives to friends as have lost the bottom row

Thanks for the reply @carolhoy1955 The number of people complaining about losing lives is really making me think that the issue can't be an accident.
I know it isn't as convenient as clicking on the Send Lives button at the bottom of a level, but you can still send lives to your friends, if you really want to, one at a time through the Friendship tab of Your Requests.
Bear in mind that if you are only using the Send Lives button to send lives then you are only sending lives to those friends that have already completed that level. Friends behind you on the map will not be getting any lives.

Sigh. Never uninstall and reinstall. You will lose stored lives and boosters if you're playing on a smart device (tablet, phone, etc.) If the game is having problems, it's best to assume the problem is on King's end cuz they've gotten things wrong the past years and it continues to get worse.
Sad to say, your former lives are gone for good, and King will not restore them.
