This totally worked for me. I cleared the cache, but my device remembered me so when I logged back in I didn't start at level 1 again, but the ads came back straight away. Mine def disappeared after I made a purchase by mistake. Thank you!

I haven't had any ads for extra moves in like 3 weeks now, on both Candy Crush and Candy Crush Friends, yet a friend of mine is still getting them.

15/8/2022 Same thing happened to me, played Candy crush for 10 years and used to get all the extra moves, adds with rewards after failing the level, but since I bought a package from them every extra feature was gone, all the extra moves, adds and chances for more boosters just vanished in a blink of an eye 👁.. Very unfunfair that the loyalty doesn't get us far in the game so will stop playing as I can't waist anymore money on this game.... 👎

Seems like as soon as we purchase a package of boosters or whatever the previous free extra features are gone... The extra moves, adds with rewards after failing levels, etc. All gone as soon as they see u spending money 💰 🤑 u get nothing for free anymore

So technically.. it's been a test feature for YEARS.. guess I failed the test. Not fun to play against players who have videos. Not fair play either. Guess it's time to quit playing.

Sooo it’s STILL a test feature for 2 years!?!? It seems as though as I’ve read many comments that date back
and why has my husband had both watch an ad for a booster or live for the past 3 months in a row!?!? It’s infuriating😡😡😡😡😡 to not be able to have this INCREDIBLY useful and helpful feature ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ What do I have to do to be so BLESSED or A CHOSEN ONE to deserve to be a tester for months on end of this Promotional feature?

I see some writing that clearing cache n all that stuff brings the ads back, it did not work for me!..😭😭..my ads have disappeared since the beginning of July, ive been playing since candy soda first came out in November of 2014 n the longest the ads were gone was for a month, its been almost 2 months now im a loyal, everyday player n im getting sooo tired of being stuck on the same level for days cause of no ad help!..this is what we loyal players get??.. please king bring my ads back!.. candy soda is not fun anymore, Being stuck on the same level for days! Ive always had the ads, all these years...

When I'm due an ad it opens up,my screen goes black and only way I can get back to game is restarting phone...please help
