Unable to give lives - also not receiving any more

That is good news about your "not receiving lives" all it means now is that you need your friends to continue to send you lives. As I explained to Anita the more friends you have in your list the more likely it is you will receive lives. I think you should try sharing your friend link in the two discussions I linked for @parlady99 and also click on any links already shared.
Also don't forget to click on @parlady99 friend link above.
The missing level rankings/leader board is definitely the new normal at the moment. Please check the discussion I linked for you on page two of this discussion.

Also now deleted the app and reinstalled it again. Makes no difference. According to the pages @kiara_wael mentioned I the inbox should show the envelope with to numbers. This is not the case. Just after reinstalling the inbox wasn't even clickable. After a while it became available and one friend asked me to give him/her a life. The envelope showed just one number: 0.

Like @parlady99 I also don’t seem to receive lives from friends anymore. I did ask them like @Alienscar asked parlady99. Yesterday my Inbox wasn’t even available. Today it is and I see 3 lives. Don’t know now if that are old ones or lives I received recently. At least I do not receive as much as before the change mentioned by @kiara_wael . My inbox looks like this:
So I am missing the middle numbers. Any ideas in how to get those visible?

I wouldn't stress about the missing middle numbers @Fieldheaven as based on your screenshot you are one of the lucky people that haven't received a life/acceptance limit.
If you have eight requests for lives then reasonably you should eight lives in your Inbox. Find those people requesting lives from you in your Friends list and send them a life request.
Also the next time your 5 game lives run out click on the heart and request a life from all of your friends by clicking the Ask All button.
Hopefully that way you should start to receive more lives.

Yeah @parlady99 a greyed out envelope is a whole other issue. I believe that last year the greyed out envelope was an issue for a lot of players and I suppose there might be the chance that you are suffering from a return of that issue.
I take it when you run out of your 5 main lives you are clicking on the heart and asking all of your friends for lives.
How many friends have you got in your list?
I have got 94 and I still only get less than twenty requests for lives each day.

Here is my friend link can you add me to your games and then I will send you lives to see what happens.
If you haven't used one before the links can be a bit temperamental, but just keep trying and they usually work.
