Level 12339 is stuck. The object of the board is to clear 17 bricks, 20 open boxes and 35 pieces of liquorice. I have repeatedly gotten towards the end of the board with between 17 and 18 moves left. The only way to clear the liquorice is when they drop down from the outside two rows. The liquorice does not come down. Every time. It gets down to 1 or 2 left and I run out of moves. Needs to be fixed to be fair folks.

The level was fixed on 4 August.
Have you made sure you have the app updated to the latest version?
Force closing the app and then restarting the device may also help to get the fixes in place in the game.

It has not been fixed. I have played this level 20+ times. Every single time I am short 2 or 3 licorice. Not enough fall and it is a con to get more money out of you

Hi please give me a chance pass level 12349 this level with 20 moves nobody can't pass properly, only with buying extra moves from golden stick, but I don't have nothing can't buy. please leave back candy crush saga for relaxing and enjoying game, now is very hard and really stupid.

the level was not fixed. It can’t be done in the number of moved allotted. Not spending bars for extra. Either moves need to be upped to 38 or frequency of drops increased

King actually update moves from 20 to 26 . Today I try to play but still very hard to pass without boosters or extra moves. The good news is that someone from King it reads here .

If you have one of those checkmark boosters start with that. You will easily get all the liquorice then. I don't know if they just gave us the ability to use it, but it worked today August 24, 2022

It is probably easily done with the booster, but just to show that it’s not fixed this picture shows 18 moves left and I still didn’t make it..

It’s not fixed, I have the same problem. Candy crush is rigged these days anyway. Way to hard
