Really getting annoyed. My app will suddenly shut down, losing the game, streak and extras, and royale. My app and software are up to date. This has been happen for a couple months on both my old phone and new iPhone 12 Pro.
Why can’t I just restart the level? Are other players seeing a significant increase?

We have no known issues with the game crashing on mobile devices.
If this issue continues on your device, please try the trouble shooting steps here:

Are you sure there is no issue @Crazy Cat Lad it is clear from past issues that King aren't aware of a lot of issues.
Here are some issues with the same complaint in the last four weeks.
