didn't received my ticket for qualifier round

I completed the qualifier round for the million bars, but I dint received my ticket what can I do and can check

    Hello @miphins1 no need to worry just yet I think. I completed the qualifier on the 19th, but I didn't get my ticket until I opened my game on Sunday 21st.

    Try opening your game today and see what happens.

    If you don't get a ticket things might still be okay as long as you have the information that says you completed the qualifier and got your ticket.

    I would also say that if you see the wildcard rounds in your game today then something has gone wrong and you will need to qualify again.

    opened up my game today and still no ticket getting real upset at King games always issues with their games

    @miphins1 what device do you play on? Please try signing out of your game, restarting your device and signing back into your game. Once signed back in play any level and see if that helps.

    iPhone 12 I tried that also does not help im giving up with this game
