I got mine (well I got the claim button) as soon as I had dealt with the usual pop-ups (Treat Machine & Challenge a Friend)
No one here can give you a definitive answer to your question as only King know the answer. Our Managers might know, but then again they might not know either. I don't know.
From what I can gather two groups of rewards out of three have been given out, so I expect you might be next.

Something got sticky yesterday, and the rewards didn't go as planned.
All Gold Bars have been delivered to all winners now. They should pop up in your game the next time you play if you haven't got them already.
