Extra moves missing

There is no help or answer for how to claim the Xtra moves! I receive them but can't claim them, use them, or automatically update while playing game. This is sooo frustrating when you only need 1 or 2 more moves to complete level!!

You have to uninstall and reinstall the game if the problem persists
