Anyone else have blank boosters for over 2 days now.

When it shows that, it just means they aren’t giving you boosters to help you for that board.

I've passed multiple levels and it's still doing this. Logged in and out also

Some levels are designed this way - no pre-level boosters, except Party Pops. As indicated, failing does not break your Sam's streak. It does, however, affect your Royale competition in case you're doing it.
Here's 2 more examples. I did those levels just last week.
