It is because you have bought gold. They take the free videos away after you buy gold. Same thing happened to me. Not fair.

Why do some people get ads and others don’t. I have played this game for some years, with my family, now one family member gets ads and has passed us by more than 300 levels in two weeks. This is unfair and causes bitterness.

This is a joke. Payed for bars once and now have no more ads. You should warn players ads will go if you spend money! Can't pass anything. Impossible. Get no extra boosters. I was playing 6-8 levels a day, and it was actually enjoyable, now stuck on one level for 3 days. What can't you make the game equal for everyone?

I am having the same issue. I made purchases during the cup tournament and had never purchased before. Now my ads are gone. I will never purchase again 😡

I would be interested if a representative from King would be able to explain why ads have disappeared when a purchase is made? Does making a purchase opt you out of ads permanently? I hope not. I will never make a purchase again

First of all, you are wrong to think that you have lost the ad video feature because of your purchase😊Each feature of the game is controlled by the test group and therefore there is no guarantee that the feature will always be available. Test features are always rolling out so you'll get them back in the future, but right now it's not possible to say exactly when you'll get them back.
