Anyone know why I don’t have the option to watch videos for extra moves of boosters? Been playing for years on my mobile and have never seen this. I only see options to buy.

They could give us back the videos but they choose not to. When you contact them, they don't care. They just want you to spend money. Do not buy gold bars or you will loose all the extras, videos.
Well I stopped playing since last week. It’s starting too get annoying and their very cheat. I won all the rounds coming up too the finals for the competition they had last week. When it came down too the finals I started winning one level a day or none at all. I can’t be bothered to cheat
They could give them back to us if they wanted to but instead give excuses (lies)!
I was receiving them up to 5 days ago and they have removed them from my game.... sucks.

I've seen these "it's in test phase" replies. They sound ridiculous when evidence is staring them at the face. I see this as a major game issue - a player buys anything and it's game over for them, literally. This is plain dull.
They don't offer sensible replies. They lie to you, telling you that the videos are just a test and that not everyone receives them, which is not true, ALL my friends who have not purchased gold bars etc still receive the videos
Btw, I've noticed that ads don't work after you log in/relog. Weird but it's a fact. Simply restarting the game seems to fix that but I'm sure this is not the case. Another thing I've noticed is ads come is batches of 8-9 - often enough to clear the whole Cinema board. Ad services are interconnected though, so better "save" ads until you're done with your current episode/level. Anyway, I doubt these pieces of information will help those in after-purchase trouble, which I still believe to be a bug.

Not just on mobile. And, without a booster or the video for an extra move at the end, impossible to pass some levels. They just want you to buy. Don't buy or you will loose your free videos like I did.
I've been playing since day 1, almost 10 years, and never had that option.
I, too, feel bad for the 20 live cap.

Yep. That must be it. Well, now that I’m not buying anything I guess I’ll continue to pass 1-2 levels a day if I’m lucky until I forget I even like the game.
Donndie, I'm with you - no way still being tested. My friends are still getting the videos every play. I haven't received since I made a purchase. Game use to be fun, but cannot win most levels without a booster and I can't afford to buy, it's a game geez.
I do not know how to try a VPN service. I've been a long time play but guess it's time to quit the game. Its a scam, don't purchase anything people or you will never get videos or free boosters aftrwards!
I don't believe these "still being tested" excuses... months and sometimes years after a feature has been launched. It's ridiculous.
May I suggest you tried a VPN service to route your traffic through a different country? This way you'll hopefully get ads back if not Cinema as well.
I honestly don't wanna believe this is intended. Paying players gotta be rewarded, thus encouraged to spend more, not punished. I don't get it, really.

Hi Sue, I guess that means you have just bought something for your game. Shady is right and I really don't understand why King think this practice is acceptable. Most people would think better of the game if they could pay for items they wanted and received free items at the same time.

Thats why!!! That is a shady move on their part. Not really fair. I will never buy again and may as well stop playing - too difficult without a few boosters here and there. The game is suppose to be fun.
