I would give it a few days Suzy before you totally write them off.
I have read that getting a response can be really slow at times.
I know that the Community Manager's that work for King don't work over the weekend, so I wonder if that applies to everyone that works at King.

Oh believe me, I'm quite familiar with King's antics. And being persistent. And I'm not so worried for myself since I rarely use boosters...but I'm a youtuber with viewers who can't get their rewards. King screwed up, and they're not doing anything to fix or even address this. And I find that unsurprising, if not typical. But I do appreciate you. It's obvious you care more about this than anyone who works for King. ๐ค
