Is some weeks that I'm not able to connect at Google play store, so, when I lose and I can't finish a step, I'm not able to use or buy extra move.

What can I do please?

    Clear the cache & data of the Play Store

    Open your device's Settings app. App info or See all apps. Tap Google Play Store. Clear Cache.

    Crushed when it comes to it. I believe I may receive the points but never ever able to spend. If anyone can help me out with a solution I would be happy to take suggestions. Thank you Crushers.

    It sounds like your app is not connecting to the internet properly. Are you able to try signing out and back into your King account within the app?
