Unfortunately, you've made a mistake no-one would expect could lead to the loss of game features. This is an old issue. Too old, actually - people have been reporting it for 1-2 years. However, the game devs keep turning a blind eye, which I totally don't understand - instead of incentivising players for spending, they punish them. I personally would rather quit than be forced to spend more. And spending more isn't the problem - being forced to is.

I hope they'll fix it some day for their own sake. @QueenB

I also hope the free video advertising does make a return it used to help me out but I have not seen it return yet but I have never bought any thing for this game
