Have you received your Milestone banner yet @Tahreeralhialy?
If you haven't please try playing level 10,000 again as sometimes this can work to make the banner appear
If you play on an Android mobile I highly recommend that you clear the app cache first and restart your device before replaying the level.

Looking at your screenshot @Tahreeralhialy you should have the 12,000 milestone banner and not the 10,000 milestone banner.
Please try playing level 12,000 again to see if that works.
Also can you check your settings and see if you have the Milestone Badge feature as suggested by cookiemae.

@Tahreeralhialy @Alienscar @cookiemae I haven't got the 12000 banner in one, the one in screenshot. In another profile I passed 2000 and haven't got a banner in that one either.
In my friends list I see quite a few with lower level banners than the level their actually on.🤷

@Tahreeralhialy if you haven't got the Milestone Badge setting and your badge doesn't update when you replay the Milestone level then you could just be one of the unlucky people that doesn't get a new Badge.
It is unfortunate that like a lot of the game's features not everyone gets the same feature

It's strange because I just recently got the 11000 banner when I was very close to 12000. I tried to find the thread for the date but couldn't find it. In my post when I reached 12000 I don't have even have a banner. Isn't it always there?
