Extra moves at the end of game

Why am I not offered extra plays at the end of the game? I used to be able to watch ads to earn several extra moves, but for a couple of weeks now I haven't been able to do that.

Hi and welcome to the King Community

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I’ve been playing for several years, I canceled and started a new account because I couldn’t progress, it was a virtual wall I could not pass levels for weeks, my wife’s account on the other hand was too easy, I’d pass her levels and earn her up to 200 gold bars in days, on my phone though, I never get extra moves , videos, awards ,…..nothing !!! Once again I am playing 20 games a day because I’m limited to 20 games in a row, if I let the phone be for a few hours I repopulate lives every :24 minutes or so, why can’t I get any consideration? I stopped purchasing because of that. Should I just quit playing?
