🎬️ Video ads disappearing or not available

I agree the ads disappeared when I brought gold bars, I won’t be making anymore purchases, hoping the ads will reappear, Candy crush has lost its enjoyment 🙁

I am not receiving any thing and I have been on same level for over 3 weeks, I have messaged Candy Crush Saga but no help at all from them. This game is getting disgusting.I don’t get any boosters or extra moves at all! Is anyone else having issues with this game?

I am also having trouble with commercial videos. How do I get them back??? Stopped when I reach level 2000.

I don’t understand how you can say that it is a test feature if it has been around for years AND I still have the Sweet Cinema, it just barely works and I still get a couple of opportunities for extra bonuses at the beginning of the game and then a couple of extra moves at the end rather than the many, many opportunities I used to have. If the test features are gone then why do I still have them a little?

Same here, I made a purchase of extra gold bars a few days ago (my first ever purchase in the 10+ years I've been playing) and my adverts have suddenly disappeared. I thought I'd just make the one purchase just this time only, but if I only new my adverts would dissappear NEVER would i have made that MISTAKE. It's really put me off playing now as the levels are too HARD to complete without the extra lives and boosters. I only go into the game now just to check if the adverts are back but I actually haven't been playing since as the levels are too difficult now without extra lives
