Let me help you how to check your notifications on this community :

If you have used with mobile device, you click on profile picture (top right) then you click on "Bell" icon and finally you can see I tag you to check contests and more exciting threads on your notifications. 😉

If you have used with PC (Computer), you just click on "Bell" icon on (top right) and finally you can see I tag you to check contests and more exciting threads on your notifications too. 😉

So you cannot missed out them and check them out easier. 😊

If you haven't received your tags on your notifications, you click on Notification Preferences button here, then you tick Notify me when people mention me on Email and/or Pop-up Notifications then click on Save General Preferences. That's all and hope you can received your tags on your notifications on this community. 😉

But I have long known how to check subscriptions and where the "bells" are located. I said earlier that I receive your notifications about threads and contests in other sections of the Community.

1. Candy Crush Players

2. Community Hub Tagging List

Do you see my tag in both lists?

I only see my tag in the Community Hub Tagging List.

My tag is not on the Candy Crush Players list.

Please read this list. You will see that I am not in it.

I got a notification from you on this thread only because you gave the second list.

If in any thread you only give a list of Candy Crush Players tags, then I don't get notified.

Please open your Candy Crush Players tag list, make sure I'm not on that list, and please add my tag to your Candy Crush Players tag list.
