The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊
If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉

No sólo no salen anuncios sino que nos timan...iba primera para conseguir 20 oros...de golpe desaparece la carrera y ya no.los da..da la impresión que este juego ya no es lo que fue y que solo quieren sacarte dinero ..ahora pone supera cuando aún estoy en el 13355...

Hello again! I will not agree with your statement. My old phone had the ads normally but my new hasn't and my fiancees has adds and my moms. What is happening??? Please fix it. Ads for you are money in the bank so bring them back for me.
