Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Why have test events? Why not give everybody all the events, then let the players pick what ones they want to have? Instead of a two tier system we currently have with some players getting events & others not getting them.

I am only the person who is not getting the video as support..
If I am not reciving the same benifit i amy stop the game

I completely agree! Game gets boring when you play the same level over and over and over...might be time to move on to another game.

When I downloaded the game I never had ads and it’s making it pretty difficult to play and move on to the next level or play a bit longer when my sister and friends have ads…. Please help

I play this game for several years now and had always the support from the ads to get extra moves.now i haven't receiceved ads for a Several months anymore, why?
