I'm dealing with the same issue. I'm up against someone that's gaining points at an almost impossible level. I'm really good at this game and knew I should be able to do really well in the tournament, especially after how the first two stages went to get to the Semi Finals. I can't even tell you how many hours I've played to get the score I have, but every time I look, this player is jumping up by what seems to be 100k plus. I stayed up all night last night playing pretty much nonstop and lessened a roughly 750k gap to about 250k between us. But as soon as they were active again this morning, the gap started widening again at a ridiculous rate. I just don't get how this account can be this far ahead of me with how much I've been playing since it started. I'd much rather lose in a neck and neck battle that was legitimate and fair than not even have a fighting chance like it is now. I'm not even playing anymore because there's no chance I can catch up at this point and that's very frustrating!

You will get a pop-up, while playing the game asking for your info, if you finish first. You need a passport that's been valid for at least 6 months to travel to UK in May for the live final. I did not know this. My passport will only be valid 3 months by then. Wish I knew that before I spent a lot of money on this. I wish I could get a refund! Anyway, here's a sc of the pop up. I have been trying since yesterday to get some technical help on this, but to no avail. I was playing in the semifinal round and doing well, but then sometime on Sunday the contest leader board disappeared and my standing no longer appeared next to my avatar. I know that if you haven't been actively playing for a while you have to play and win a few levels to get your leader board and standing back online. However, I have played and played, to no avail. NOTHING! I have done everything suggested: My Candy Crush app is up to date (I even reinstalled it) and my phone has plenty of memory. I have restarted my phone again a couple of times, but still I cannot see the All Stars leaderboard for the semifinal, or even the time left in the round. I do still see the purple stars, but I don't get any notice of points or anything when I complete a level. And time is running out. Please help!
