I cannot close the ads

Occured the first time today morning, now I am always getting adverts in candy crush saga, which I am not able to close after seeing them to the end. The x for close the add is there, but doesn't do anything. But it is not happening whith all adds?
since this morning the video ads can not be closed after watching them. the only solution seems to be closing the Candy Crush app and start all over again.
I canāt x out of the rewards advertising. The screen gets stuck on the advertisement. The only way out is to close the game and reopen it without the rewards.

If you are playing on an android device @chhetriakash624 swipe down from the top of your screen to make the navigation bar appear then press the back button.

I have the Same Problems with the ads and you have to leave the Game. No chance to stop this and Go on. Hope you fix this very soon.

I am having the same problem! Frustrated
Iām having the same/similar problem in IOS. The local area video ads count down then show reward granted. Clicking on the reward granted X does nothing. If you open a link in the video ad and go back it goes from āreward grantedā to ā2 secondsā and wonāt count down. I have to force close the game to get out of the ad. Iāve tried resetting my late model IPad, still happens on local ads.

Problem with IPad for ads. After watching the ad and your done, it freezes and wonāt exit to the game.
Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise weād compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe thereās a glitch in this level. Itās been happening for two days.
Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
