Having just stumbled upon this support article, I am fairly disappointed to learn that the rewarded videos are still in beta and have been for a very long time. Their inconsistent availability will be the bane of every Crusher who needs them for a chance to stand against tougher levels.
That said, I did put out an idea on this forum about warning players when rewarded ads are not available before starting a level. It can help ease candy crushing headaches in the interim while the devs are still trying to figure out how to finally best implement the rewarded videos.

Advertisements are a feature that is also another test. The game team sends various features to different groups of players and check how we receive those features. If a feature is received well, it will be moved to more groups of players.
But, it will take time for all the players to receive the feature... just a matter of time👍️ I would recommend you to stay active in the game, keep the game updated with latest version and make sure your device have at least 2 GB free memory space!

Receiving Advertisement does not depend on the device we are using, but our account!!
Ads is a feature that is still in testing! All the testing features are sent to few groups of players at a time. And, these players in these groups are generated by the computer system. So, it depends on the system when we will receive the feature... but, it is just a matter of time!!
Only thing I would recommend you is to stay active in the game, keep the game updated with latest version and make sure your device have at least 2 GB free memory space!

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Hello community, i play this game years ago and recently i never get any ads ! Although am playing it almost all the day these months and i never get ads?? So whats the problem please i hope you solve it..
ps: my sister play it too and she gets ads so is the problem in my account or what?
