Candy Crush on Windows Phone suddenly out of sync with PC

I'm always playing Candy Crush on my Windows Phone, and from time to time i need to reinstall the app on my phone because it didn't want to sync with the PC anymore.

Usually this solves the problem. Remove the App, Reinstall the App, login using Facebook and voila, all is ok (except that i loose my messages with lives and such).

Last week the same thing happend, but now when reinstalling the app, it thinks i'm at level 530 whilst on the PC i'm at level 1120. No matter what i try, it doesn't get me where i'm really at. Reinstalled multiple times, logged of Facebook and logged in again, rebooted the phone etc. etc.

Any thoughts anyone?

Try this: open up google chrome, go to the Facebook site and log out of your account. Now open the game and hit connect to Facebook and enter your credentials. It should sync again after that.

I do not have to enter my credentials, but a Browser Window does pop up and telling me that i already granted Candy Crush access. However, i still hit OK to continue and then it's connected

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
