Updated candy crush saga and now I lost my help from friends. Opening the envelope shuts down my game?

We are still looking into this, thanks!Same thing is happening on my iPad Air. Candy Crush plays fine, but whenever I tap the trophy/envelop icon to view assists from friends, Candy Crush immediately crashes.

Hi Pamelaboyd- Really sorry about this, are you still experiencing a problem?No answer but am sick of waiting on a fix. It'll be the usual- delete and re-download which means we lose everything we've been given & everything we've bought. This is not acceptable. I am not going to go quietly into the night. I've spent too much money to lose it all. So frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!
