Since update can no longer get mailbox to open.When attempt to do so game shuts down to home screen . Please advise . Thank you .Hi Ellen, thanks for reporting this in.

Relax, the person who posted this question has the ability to select any answer as solving their question, it doesn't mean the problem in itself is solved. The Moderators will confirm when that is the case.Why does it show that it has been solved?? It hasn't been solved!!

Hi Pamelaboyd- Really sorry about this, are you still experiencing a problem?No answer but am sick of waiting on a fix. It'll be the usual- delete and re-download which means we lose everything we've been given & everything we've bought. This is not acceptable. I am not going to go quietly into the night. I've spent too much money to lose it all. So frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!
