Why do I not receive the event boosters at the start of a level?

I understand that the boosters aren't adding to the collection of boosters and that they are awarded as you start the next game and that they replace normal candy on the level. You keep telling me this and I know! But I want to know why I don't get them at the start of the level!! I am starting to get frustrated by this! Also, the even does not appear when I look at current events! This is something which is very frustrating as people I know are able to complete levels very quickly with this help but I don't.

Hi Harry, which challenge are you playing? Can you do a print screen showing that you won it when the box pops up and another showing when you open the next level and those boosters aren't showing?

It's the event that if you complete the standard levels without losing lives you receive the boosters at the start of your next level. Although every time that I complete one of the levels first try I do not receive the boosters at the start of the following level.Hi Harry, which challenge are you playing?
