See if this tip helps you: https://candycrushsagaallhelp.blogspot.com/2016/02/candy-crush-saga-level-1535.html She mentions that you have to clear the first cherry before the second appears so is that what you saw on your board?
A lot of players have cleared this level already but that does not mean that it might not be a new glitch starting. I haven't seen anyone else here in the community reporting this level so I will keep my eyes posted here in the next few days to see if anyone else reports this as a glitch.
