Spinner got stuck, took gold bars

Spinner took the gold bars but then got stuck spinning. I had to restart the app, but it didn't recover the gold bars. How do I get the gold bars back?

Make sure that you choose "Problems with purchases" and then "Unsuccessful purchase". That way it will go to the right area.

Give them a brief description that you tried to purchase the extra moves and you never got the extra moves because the game froze. They can go into your account to check your purchases.
