Level didn't sync when I switched phones

I am sorry you are having issues switching devices but not to worry if you are using a King or Facebook account your progress will be saved.
When you log in on your new phone with your King or Facebook account it should sync to the level you last played. Check on your previous phone what account you were using. You can also verify by loading the game on the King or Facebook website to see if it is synced there. You can find more information on switching devices here

@saagar yes they will be able to help you. Just fill out the form at the bottom of this post where it says here. Be sure to include the login you are using so it is easier for them to find you.

@saagar there is not a lot you can do on the new phone. I would have done trouble shooting on the old to make sure it synced up but you no longer have it.  What is the game this is for? Are you able to play on the king site and if so what level?  

When you play on the king site https://king.com/play/candycrush what level are you on? 

The sync between the 2 phone is different than the sync between the game and the King servers

Try on a computer. This is just to tell what level you are actually synced at. If it plays at 780 issue is the new phone. If the level there is 750 that is where your previous phone synced to and you will need to tell them when you fill out the form that you no longer have the old phone and it did not sync you to the correct level for your new phone
