Hi guys, I am starting to see this on my iPhone XR too. The video opens but then it freezes! I am going to tag @Cezdiamond who is the Community Manager for this game. She did write above that they are looking into it but now I see that more ar writing and I am also having this problem.

Hi @Gregg, please be patient because they do have a priority fix list and I don't know where this falls on the list. I just play lots of their games so if one doesn't work I just go on to the next.
Thanks @Elsa I just had not received any recent updates on this, and I mainly play Candy Crush Sega where I encounter the video error on a regular basis. Glad to hear it's being looked into. Thanks for your response & the update.
Experiencing the same issue as are a few other friends...getting the black screen is such a waist of time... just don’t offer the option anymore. Surprised to read that this bug so low on the priority list considering it should generate revenue for the company
Hi everybody....anyone has experienced a solution for this issue lately ? Since yesterday, every video ad that has been triggered in my Android Candy Crush had played smoothly from start to end.
