why does my music, stop playing when I start playing candy crush? And yes it is a different app Spotify to be precise

nope..it used to support it.Just recently it started behaving this way.But it plays the sings when I disconnect the game from the internet.That’s not right

Hi, I have been having trouble playing music in the background or watching videos in a PIP mode while playing candy crush. It used to be fine a few days ago. I am using iphone 11 pro max (iOS 17.5.1). App is also updated to the most recent version. any suggestions?

Ddepending on the make and model of your phone, it probably does not support two apps on the net at the same time.

I have always listened to Spotify or watched Netflix while I play Candy Crush, but the in the last three days, when I launch the game on my phone, either Netflix and Spotify both stop playing(not both at the same time, one or the other). What happened to make Spotify stop playing when I launch Candy Crush or Netflix, and how can I fix it?

when i open the game and it’s connected to the internet my music or any media being played stops.And I can’t play it until i close the game.Why is that so??

Thank you. I use an IPhone SE. Just to note that the sound settings for the game are turned off. I wonder if it has anything to do it with ladders software update. Looking forward to your feedback. Ciao

Whne i turn of the internet and play the game with music playing it works,but when i turn on the internet without closing the game and the music is playing,the app forcefully closes and i lose that level as well.why??
