Why did you change that I can not go back to easier levels to get boosters and extra lives?

I used to be able to go back to level 1 and load up on boosters and then go to a certain level and time myself to complete 12 levels. Then off to level 1449 where I am currently stuck. I know you did it so I will be tempted to buy stuff, but that will not happen. I will look for and find a game that hasn’t hooked me then tried to gouge me!

Hi Reed, wow I wonder what happened because I heard from some players that they do go back to the lower levels to collect and then go to their current level to use them. How about you try some troubleshooting to see if you can get it working again?

I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.
On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name.
On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.
On Windows 10, Go to the Settings > click on the game > click on Advanced settings, then you will see what version you have.
Please let me know if any of this works for you. You are the first person reporting that it's not working. I will keep my eyes open here for the next few days to see if anyone else reports this.

I was having the same problem recently. I came here to find out why. So I saw a reply stating to update and try again. Well the user posted it worked. So I'm thinking great! Problem solved! Well I went to update but there was no feature to do so. So I uninstalled n reuploaded. Not only did this not fix my original problem of not getting boosters on easier levels but allll MY boosters are GONE! I had JUST finished a week of completions and had gotten my spaceship bombs. I also had 3 bombs. 3 candy rollers and 2 hammers. Might not seem like a lot to some but I'm almost at level 3000 and need every booster. So now I'm screwed. I saw in the questions part on the game and it said if u uninstall as I did u loose every thing. Wish I saw that sooner!! All I wanted was to figure out how to get boosters on easier levels back and why that feature was no longer able. PEASE HELP!

Yes, you are; basically (read this).
And they don't reimburse the earned boosters, cuz they're stingy like that (& they prefer you to buy).

It has been phased out, that's the reason; check out the first post here for details.
And there's a couple of related idea/poll things going on, so you can vote here & here (if you wish); maybe make a difference.
