Not getting sugar drop prizes. The machine shows up and shows I won a prize but nothing drops

    With regards to the "Sugar Drops" issue, like I have mentioned to you yesterday in your other post, this Glitch is occurring to some of the players.  This has been taken to the Community Manager's Attention and they have addressed with their post here in this below thread

    Hoping that the issue will be fixed soon and we have to wait and see.  Just FYI... this post will be merged with above thread for the team to have a look at as it will be convenient for them and for all of us to check the messages  =)

    Amazon Fire HD 8 7th generation and both of these are occurring

    a) The Sugar Drops count increasing (at 180 drops) but no gift;
    (b) Enough Sugar Drops are collected but NO gift (after 24 and 36 too);

    @CBRetriever, Welcome to the Community and Thank you for the detailed info about the issue as well as the device you are playing :+1:

    Hearty Welcome onto the King Community to all new comers @Karaesq, @elenam, @Roz_Fine_Itelson @isabellawong @apples @kusumg :)

    (IF you have not done yet).... Can you all please post what device you are using and whether you are playing through Kingdom OR Facebook.  And please pick which of the issues you have seen in your game from below options:
    (a) The Sugar Drop collection number keeps growing & No reward;
    (b) The Rewards Jar appear but keeps mixing & no reward is given;
    (c) Receiving reward after some count (example:24, 36 count) but not at the end (180 drops)
    (d) Reward screen appears but the gift box will be empty;
    (e) Completely NEW issue than the above... if so, please explain what it is

    If I have missed anybody, please excuse me and post here if you have not mentioned your device & the issue.  Also, please post a screenshot if it is a new issue as all the top 4 (from a to d) are known issues and pics are provided by some friends :+1: 

    All of you might have seen the message of our Community Manager @Cezdiamond =)   Since they are looking into the issue, let us please be patient and wait for the good results.  Or by luck, without doing anything, the glitch might be fixed by itself  :):)

    I am also experiencing this problem and have done so for the last couple of days.  I am currently on 87/60 sugar drops but 0 prizes.

    I'm not getting my reward after receiving candies with a "C" on them.  I now have 392/60.
