I combined 2 Super Color Bomb but it only cleared the board once. It should have cleared the board twice.

my super color bomb is taking a break so I cannot attempted this, so you mean the super color bomb only clear once instead of two?
if so, did you see the regular color bomb before posting this?

IIt's indeed two super color bomb for one clear only, i intenđed to post a video but the 4rum don't support so... i just took an image

i have problem with super colour bomb, when i switch 2 adjacent super colour bombs it suppose to clear 2 times, but now it only clear once. Any infor you guys can help me bout this, it effect alot to my gameplay

Currently, there are no reported issues with the Super Color Bomb. If it’s only clearing once instead of twice when you match two, it could be device-related.

i play with iphone 11 pro max, but i dont know which version my game is, how can i find that ?

To find the version of Candy Crush on your iPhone 11 Pro Max:
- Open the App Store app on your iPhone.
- Search for the game and if it needs updating it will say update but if it is already up to date, scroll down to What's New and the version number should be listed there.

i redownload the game and i lost the super colour bomb, lost my streak win booster, lost every pre-game help items (back to zero) and no sight of new super colour bomb streak. So basically i lost almost every item except my gold and i dont even know if the super colour bomb can work or not now
