PBecause I don't have the option to watch video ads in my game

Hi @kratos300 Welcome to the Community 🤗 Have you ever had adverts to watch in your game. Adverts aren't a permanent feature and it is Kings decision who gets them and when. Another reason adverts get taken away is if you spend real money to buy something in your game. If you haven't spent any real money hopefully 🤞you will get adverts at some stage. @Carol-38 Hi, I have a question that I have been meaning to ask for a while. On losing ads when you make a purchase. I have seen this multiple times in the forum from several people. Why do you say this? Did Queenb say this or another mod? It just interest me because I see it so much on the feed. I just was wondering how this started. Thanks

Hi @cookiemae I have never seen QueenB or a Mod say this. But I'm not sure that it would be the right thing for QueenB to say and I would think that when becoming a Mod a list of how to answer certain questions are probably issued. That's why the majority of answers to these questions from Mods still say adverts are a test and you may get them in the future, keep checking your game 🤔 I'm not quite sure what Kings meaning of test is though.
I always start by saying they are not a permanent feature and that it's King who decides who gets them and when. Now the bit about adverts stopping after spending real money to buy something comes from the thousands of posts over the last 6 years or more. There is no way we are going to find all of them, but if you look at the thread in Support headed 'Video ads disappearing or not available' started bt Crazy Cat Lad in 2019, QueenB's predecessor you will get the drift. Many others before me were replying the same, just saying this is another talked about reason.
A lot that have responded to me re their adverts, have come back and said, yes I bought gold bars 3 weeks ago and that's when my adverts stopped. Or yes I paid real money for??? and my adverts stopped. I have only heard of 1 person who said they paid real money, then after not spending anymore got their adverts back 3 months later.
Have a read of the thread under Support and see what you think, there are a lot of posts 🙂

@Carol-38 Hello again yes I am aware of this feed I actually joined in 2015 and would just check the feeds now and then. There has been people who lost ads but never said they made a purchase and those that did lose after they made a purchase. Also there are people like me that never had ads. I never made a purchase on my main game. On my second game I have had ads and made a 99cent purchase (lol) they made an offer I couldn't refuse. I still have ads and all events. I'm really thinking it depends on what so call test group you are in. Those people that lose ads without making a purchase may or may not get ads back depending on the rotation of the players. The same for paying players. It just seems like a blanket statement that you will lose your ads. It's all good tho I was just wondering where the statement came from.

why do I not have this feature?? My boyfriend can watch videos for extra moves if he fails a level among other things I can not. We have the same phones so that’s not the issue…

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
