My hubby gets an option to watch video ads after he fails a level to get free lives, I do not get this, why not?

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Why are so many ads freezing or don't play at all. Several times game progress is stopped losing rewards, power ups or rewards. It's not only is this frustrating but it seems to happen when only 1 more win is needed or larger reward is available. Can this be fixed or is it time to find another game?

{I would like to say that everyone should not be angry or upset because this game has a large number of members playing from all over the world. Therefore, the game is still a bit unstable, but I believe that the King team will definitely be able to solve this problem soon.
