Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I agree 100%they won’t fix it or give back adds rewards or anything. Supposedly only a test.

All the explanations sound like excuses. I've been playing for several years, am at level 9000+, have not had issues EVER with ads not playing until this month. I've lost ads 3 times. This is totally ridiculous. And I refuse to spend even one penny to buy helpers. Maybe they want me to quit. I'm just about there.

A lot of players don't get ads in their games, it is just the luck of the draw. Some get ads, some don't. King decide on this and there is nothing we players can do to get ads.
