Please help me, I lost all of the progress..

Hello @Cezdiamon & friends, my mother asked me how to move her candy crush saga soda from her old phone to the new one today. I asked her to connect her facebook account first and then loggen in to the new phone using the facebook account she used first. And then a couple of seconds later.. she's back to level 1 + the tutorials. I don't even know what to say to her first. She lost lots of coins too. I really really need your help because she's gonna get super mad at me when she found out. I really do hope you could help her get her progress back, I know this is all my fault but could you please please please help me? Thank you, have a good day.

With regards to your Question, you have not done anything wrong... sometimes, we do loose progress when we change our mobile devices. No need to worry at all. The level progress of your mom's game can definitely be brought back. AND you did guide properly by telling her to "Log -In" to the game first. Only problem is she will be loosing all the Boosters and Lives she had in old device. Because all those boosters are saved on to the device memory.

Hello, @Pummy_Raj thank you for your reply. I kind of confused with the answers for my question about the progress level that I lost. The answers that was sent to my email was not helping at all... they just wanted me to logged on facebook that I already did, but there’s still nothing left on the level progress. And because my mom also have another Candy Crush games series, the others are gone too... Which is making me more and more stressed outtt.. Please help because I just found out that she’s been playing the game for 4 years😢

Hi @sitakdewi, to add to what @Pummy_Raj wrote, I am going to give you a couple of links. Has she ever played the game through the Kingdom or just Facebook? I haven't logged in through Facebook in months! Too many glitches so I only play the game through the Kingdom. Once you have this account, you will need to get your user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.
Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact
They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form. Also mention to them that she lost gold bars because they can check her account for that too. Please complete the contact form with this topic and subtopic.
