Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I hope this message finds you well. I am a dedicated player of Candy Crush Saga and truly enjoy the game. However, I’ve noticed that I no longer receive ads for rewards, such as extra moves or boosters. These features have greatly enhanced my gaming experience, and their absence has made it more challenging to progress in the game.
I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:
Ensuring the game is updated to the latest version.
Clearing the cache and restarting both the app and my device.
Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Reinstalling the game after linking my progress to my account.
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. I kindly request your assistance in restoring the ads for rewards feature or providing guidance on how I can resolve this.

STILL "NO" VIDEO ADS FOR ME AND HINESTLY I REALLY DONT REMEMBER WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME I WAS ABLE TO WATCH AD FOR EXTRA MOVES, LIVES, ETC...
