same issue.
don’t get the free “frozen” life after the first 5 lives. I’m on level 10081 in candy crush saga
it’s been going on for about a week maybe a little less.1 -
I sent an email (Missing extra life) about this same issue on February 16th or 17th, but still haven't gotten a reply from the King Community. The only response I got was from TTVsinfuluna, who reported the same issue.

Même problème que les autres joueurs : plus de publicités ! Donc plus d’aides pour terminer les niveaux, j’ai utilisé tous mes lingots d’or . Je ne peux plus jouer !

This means that while you might not be seeing these features right now, they could become available to you again in the future.
