Candy Crush level 2005

In level 2005 I get only 12 moves, when I'm supposed to have 50. This is really disappointing 'cause I've been playing this game for more than six years and now I can't play it anymore. I'm really hoping for someone to tell me how to fix this. I already tried reinstall the app and there are no updates that I don't have. Thanks.
