    I have informed the Community Manager about the issue.  They will be dropping by and checking / informing the King Studio about it.  Please keep an eye on this post, so that you will receive updates about it :+1::+1:

    I am having this exact same issue on my iPhone. For several weeks I have been unable to collect the daily win prize, even though the ticket section is full. I have tried a few self help things, including deleting the app and reinstalled.

    Can you please provide these below details so that the King team can look into the issue in your game as well as others'?
    1) Device you are playing  --  Just on your iPhone or PC also?
    2) What platform do you use --  Facebook or Kingdom account

    I use my mobile, very occasionally I will use the PC. 
    I use Facebook.
    I am unable to find a King User ID. I followed the link and the instructions given, it asked me to log in but none of the details I provide allows me to sign in.
