saving progress

I would like to save my progress, not regain my progress but save it - when I go to the in-game help, and put in my email and pswd, what comes up is: "Oops, an unknown error has occurred". Although I can play the game (saga) I cannot receive any awards or re-wards as the game tells me I have to connect - my tablet shows me connected and I have gone on and off line several times hoping it would catch. I need technical support, how can I reach the techs that can help me fix the problem? Is there a number I can call to get help?

To retrive your old password just simple try to log onto you game with the email account associated to your game and click on ‘forget the password ‘ when the password prompt pop out. You will get the notification on your email to reset your new password

each solution is tied to facebook and I am not using facebook - and I cannot connect through the game to any help - it gives me the message "Oops, an unknown error has occurred" when I try to connect that way -

Hi again @cherjakmichfan22 You don’t have to connect your game to Facebook, just create King account by going to King.com and connect your game thru it, I don’t use my Facebook either

Evidently I am not too bright - just where in the King.com site do I click to link my game to King.com? I appreciate your help, but don't know what to do once I get to King.com.

just found my original account and evidently it shows that my games are being saved - I will uninstall and reinstall and take my chances. Is there any way to see my current (old) password and change it?
