I can't make any purchases on candy crush?

Hi there, when I try to make a purchase on Candy Crush, it says payment failed. I can make purchases on iTunes and and buy music and movies. I have tried to make the purchase with a strong wifi connection and then I have tried to make a purchase on a strong 4G connection. Both failed. I have uninstalled the app from my iPhone then reinstalled. I have verified Credit Card Information. I have rebooted my phone multiple times. No luck! Can you help with this?
