Hi @shameem2310 - welcome to our friendly community!! This sounds like a WiFi issue perhaps. However I heard there might have been an Android issue over the weekend. Can you confirm what type of device your are trying to connect from?
Also going to tag our Superstar @Elsa to assist further if needed!

Thanks for tagging me @Foley1362. There was a connection issue with Candy Crush Soda Saga. I told them all to try the troubleshooting links but no one has written back to say if it worked or not. The device might make a difference so let's see what device it is. @shameem2310, you might want to try one of these links to troubleshoot to see if that works. Also if you are playing on king.com that could be why you are having trouble.
