Hello, I'm writing to let you know that this new decision you've made, where players can no longer earn colors without having to level up, seems like an abuse on your part. Instead of making things easier for loyal players who have been playing this game for years, you are making it increasingly difficult and unbearable to play. The levels are practically impossible to pass; you can only do so if you buy boosters or bars that are becoming more and more expensive each day. If this continues, I will stop playing permanently.
