I have been getting charges twice for my purchases.  How do I resolve this and get a refund?

    I am very sorry to hear that you have been charged twice for your purchases!!  Please contact the King Support team through this below link  https://soporto.king.com/contact

    While filling out the form, please select the Topic with "Problem with Purchase" and the Sub-Topic with "Payment Queries".  Then explain how you were getting charged two times for the transactions.  Hopefully, you have kept all the transaction receipt(s) carefully.  You might need those to inform the Team once they contact you!
