I paid for the spring event yesterday, the money was taken from my bank account without receiving my items. I did everything,I sent you many emails with my iTunes purchase history attached, and apple invoice and receipt attached. With no response from your side. I don’t know what to do, I’m so sad and upset and disappointed. I play candy crush all the time I’m really shocked and disappointed and I don’t wanna hate it because of what you did.
