Yesterday 4-24-19 I Made a couple of 1.99 purchases.  I started getting all kinds of prizes and I check my charge account and you had charged me 79.99. I would like credit for this amount back to my account.  I Never wanted to purchase this.

    Some time its happens for server problem or technical problem. but do not worry, see here your solution.
    If you buy something but not get, then king will refund you.

    Hi @Diana_Jo_Hubble! The link @Sukanta_Biswas provided for you will help you to get that credit.

    How to ask for that credit depends on the platform you made the purchase on: e.g. if you made the purchase in Facebook, simply scroll down to "Facebook" in the article to see the correct process.

    @Diana_Jo_Hubble, @Sukanta and @Jelly Jenny are giving you the correct information. As payment issues involve sensitive data and require personalized support we do not support these queries in the community.  We cannot address the issues nor can we correct them.  The only other suggestion that I can offer you is to complete a contact form but before you do that you have to get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

    Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

    Please do a print screen showing the erroneous amount that you were charged.  When they go into your account they will be able to see what you purchased vs what you were charged.  They will send you an email with a ticket number.  Please be patient because they have a lot of messages and accounts to check out.

    I filled out the form.  I have filled out several forms I want my 79.99 back.......Tired of playing these games with you.

    What are you not understanding about this community not being able to help you with your purchases?  Yes I hear you and yes I understand your frustration but please be patient.  You have to hear from them via email.  They will help you, I can't nor can any of the Superstar volunteers who post here.
